Any remaining credits are forfeited and not refunded

The credit ledger. It is the sole record of top-ups, spending and refunds, used
for accounting and payment disputes.
After deletion it no longer contains anything that identifies you.

Your account and data have been deleted. The same email address can be used to
register again in future — that will be an entirely new account, and none of the
old data comes back.
